Syrah - One of North Texas' best grapes. It makes a fruity, rich dry wine, best suited for food from the grill.
Rosa Linda - An award-winning, full-bodied, semi-sweet red wine that goes well with all foods or just by itself.
Vino Rojo - A soft, dry red wine that compliments pastas or foods from the grill.
Zinfandel Red - Ideal for lighter meats and pasta.
Ombra d' Luna - A delicate, wine made from Riesling grapes. With a bouquet of flowers, it will complement all types of food from cheeses to salads to pasta.
Pinot Noir - A smooth wine with strawberry and chocolate flavors.
Cabernet Sauvignon - The king of dry red wines, this wine has the palate-pleasing balance of fruit and toasty oak.
Chenin blanc - An off dry wine with apple and pear characteristics.
Rosa Blanca - Lighter white wine for lighter foods and salads.
Casato Dolce - One of our favorites; very floral, sweet, distinctively honeysuckle flavor for fruits, cheeses, Caesar salads or even spicy foods.
Tejas Sangria –- A wine made with tropical fruits good any time. Great in the summer. Serve Chilled
Cherry Chocolate - A fun wine that tastes like chocolate covered cherries. Good for after dinner.
